New homepage

I have setup a new homepage. It is hosted on a different server with a CMS to generate and manage the pages. Besides a different, and hopefully nice-looking, appearance, the new homepage can also pull out data from our bibtex database. A lot of time and efforts have been spent on this to address the troubles and hassles associated with the changes. Hope it's worth the effort and the new homepage will work much better than the previous ones.
