Dr. Zheng Peng is an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department of the City College of New York. He is also a doctoral faculty of the City University of New York (CUNY) Computer Science PhD program.

 

His research interests include the modeling, optimization, implementation and experimental evaluation of wireless ad-hoc sensor networks and networked systems, especially in the unique underwater environment. He has been conducting active research in the area of underwater wireless sensor networks since 2005. He has experiences leading research projects in underwater acoustic sensor networks and the next generation underwater technology. 

 

 

    Looking for self-motivated PhD and visiting students with background in the broad area of computer networks and wireless communications. Experience with embedded systems, cyber-physical systems, DSP or FPGA would be a plus.
